Bushwick Graffiti and Street Art Walking Tour in Brooklyn

In Bushwick the art is on the outside. Warehouse walls, roll-down shutters, loading docks and the odd lamp post have all been painted, and on this two-hour walk a local guide from Brooklyn Unplugged Tours takes you through the streets where New York's street art scene now does much of its work. The route includes the Bushwick Collective on Troutman Street, an open-air run of large murals that artists repaint as new work goes up, so what you see depends on when you come. Between the big walls the guide points out the smaller things that are easy to miss on your own: stickers, paste-ups, tags and pieces tucked onto doors and street furniture.
